The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), traditionally renowned for their flagship postgraduate MBA programs, have significantly expanded their offerings to include diverse undergraduate (UG) courses, with the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) being the most prominent. Designed as a unique 5-year pathway, the IPM combines a foundation in various disciplines during the initial three years (often culminating in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent) with the rigorous management curriculum of their MBA program in the final two years, leading to a dual degree. This innovative approach allows students to embark on a comprehensive management education directly after completing Class 12, fostering early development of leadership skills, critical thinking, and a holistic understanding of business dynamics.

Beyond IPM, some IIMs are also venturing into other specialized undergraduate degrees, such as B.S. in Management and Public Policy, BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies), etc.,  reflecting a growing trend towards interdisciplinary learning at India's premier management institutions.
