Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for IPMAT Rohtak 2025-26, candidates must meet the following criteria:

·         Age Limit: 

o    General, NC-OBC, and EWS categories: Maximum 20 years of age as of June 30, 2026.

o    SC, ST, and PWD (DAP) categories: Maximum 20 years of age as of June 30, 2026 (though some sources indicate a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD in general IIM IPM eligibility, for IIM Rohtak specifically, the age limit is consistently stated as 20).

·         Educational Qualification: 

o    Passed Standard X/SSC and Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examinations.

o    For boards with a grading system, an official conversion certificate to the Indian percentage format is required.


Exam Pattern

The IPMAT Rohtak 2025-26 exam is a computer-based test designed to assess a candidate's aptitude across various domains.

·         Mode: Online, computer-based test.

·         Sections: Three sections:

1.       Quantitative Ability

2.       Logical Reasoning

3.       Verbal Ability

·         Number of Questions: 40 questions per section, totaling 120 questions.

·         Marks per Question: 4 marks for every correct answer.

·         Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer in all three sections. No marks are deducted for unattempted questions.

·         Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours). Each section is allotted 40 minutes.

·         Question Type: All questions are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

·         Sectional Cut-off: Unlike IPMAT Indore, IIM Rohtak does not have any sectional cut-off requirements; only the overall cut-off is considered.
