Step 1: Official Website


Visit the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra

www.cetcell.mahacet.org. Look for the link to register for the BMS/BBA/BCA CET under the

“Undergraduate Courses” section.


Step 2: Create a New Account

 Click on the "New Registration" button.

 Fill in your basic details like: Full Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID.

 Create a strong password and note it down for future use.

 Submit the details to generate your login credentials.


Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form

After logging in, fill in the detailed application form:

 Personal Details: Name, Gender, Nationality, Address, etc

 Educational Qualifications: Class 10 and Class 12 details, including marks and board.

 Category Information: General/OBC/SC/ST. (If applicable, upload the caste certificate).


Step 4: Upload Documents

You’ll need to upload scanned copies of the following documents:

 Passport-sized Photograph: (Recent, colored, and clear; size: 20KB–50KB)

 Signature: (Clear, on white paper; size: 10KB–20KB)

 Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, or equivalent.

 Category Certificate: If applicable.

Make sure the documents meet the specified format and size requirements to avoid rejection.


Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

 The application fee can be paid online through debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

 Fee Structure: General Category: ₹800–₹1000 (varies yearly) , Reserved Categories

(SC/ST/OBC): ₹600–₹800

 Ensure the transaction is successful and save the receipt for future reference.


Step 6: Review and Submit

 Double-check all the information entered in the form.

 Make corrections, if necessary, before submitting.

 Once satisfied, click on the Submit button.

Note: The last date for form submission is 10th February, 2025.

Ensure you complete the process before the deadline.


Step 7: Print the Confirmation Page

 After submission, download and print the confirmation page for your records.

 This will serve as proof of your application.
