SVKM’s Mithibai College : Under Graduate (UG) Admission Process

Mithibai College of Arts and Chauhan Institute of Science was established in1961 by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal to address the growing need for institutions of higher education in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

With growing demand, Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce & Economics was instituted in 1981. The college has 22 departments associated with the faculties of Arts, Science & Commerce. There are 16 Post Graduate programs and 10 Research Centres offering Ph.D. programmes.

Mithibai college admission to First year UG Courses college (All Self Finance Programs, B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc.- other than the In-house*Category) will be done through Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG – General Test) for the academic session 2024-25. Selection for UG courses will be based on equal weightage to class XIIth marks and CUET (General) scores of the candidate.

For admission to UG courses, applicants should have passed class 12 in relevant discipline with minimum required marks. Admission is done through online mode. Applicants who wish to apply can submit the application form on the official website of the college. The Mithibai college admission test (CUET) will be conducted by the NTA.
